Junior Technical Sales Officer

About The Role
This is a sales-focused role, not an administrative position.
The Junior Technical Sales Officer handles customer inquiries, follow-ups, and onboarding support for Mobi-Water’s solutions. The role involves frequent phone and WhatsApp communication, explaining how our systems work, preparing quotations, and consistently following up with interested clients.
If you enjoy speaking to customers, organizing information, and learning how technical products work, this role may be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Explain Mobi-Water solutions clearly in simple, non-technical language

Qualify customer needs and record inquiry details

Prepare quotations using standard templates

Follow up on sent quotations and previous inquiries

Re-engage past leads and dormant inquiries

Coordinate site visits and hand over complex technical questions to the technical team

Support customer onboarding and installation coordination

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records

Requirements

Diploma or degree (Business, ICT, Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
